public class ServerNewConnectionsGuard extends io.netty.channel.SimpleChannelInboundHandler<Message>
This handler acts as a channel creation guard. A new channel should not be created, if the isOpenSupplier returns false. Used by the Server to prevent new connections from being established during shutdown.
