class	AddPathAndChildrenEvent	Signals that a direct routing path has been discovered to getAddress() and that this peer is registered at us as a children.
class	AddPathAndSuperPeerEvent	Signals that a direct routing path has been discovered to getAddress() and that we are registered as a children as this peer.
